Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services ordered from Code Geek Solution. It applies alongside your service agreement and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel after payment but before we have started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. After Work Begins

Once work has started, fees for milestones that have already been completed and delivered are non-refundable. Any remaining portion of the fee for work not yet started is refundable. We will share a short summary of completed work together with any refund.

3. Fixed-Price Packages

For our fixed-price landing-page packages, the same principle applies: a full refund is available before work begins; once we have started, completed stages are non-refundable.

4. Domain and Hosting

The free domain and hosting for one month is a complimentary benefit included with fixed-price packages and is not a separately refundable item.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@codegeeksolution.site or message us on WhatsApp at +62 895-3295-91636 / +65 8051 3011 with your order details. We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days and to process an approved refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Currency

Refunds are issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the currency in which the order was charged.
