1. Conditions of Use

Code Geek Solution is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced here, together with any additional terms that apply to a specific service or section of the Site.

2. Services We Provide

We build landing pages, custom backends, and full applications. Our fixed-price packages include an exploration call, full implementation, three months of support, and free domain and hosting for one month. Custom backend and full application projects are quoted to the scope of work.

3. Orders and Acceptance

You can place an order through the order form on the Site or through our contact channels. An order becomes a binding engagement once we confirm the scope with you and you complete the agreed payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where a listed price has been displayed in error.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and all transactions are charged in IDR. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and provided for reference only.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. The payment step takes place on this Site and is not redirected to an unrelated third-party website. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply; applicable taxes will be shown before you pay.

5. Intellectual Property and Licence

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials on this Site, including text, design, logos, code, and marks, are the property of PT Code Geek Solution and are protected by the copyright laws of Indonesia and, throughout the world, by applicable copyright laws.

For delivered project work, ownership and licence of the work product transfer to you as set out in your service agreement, typically upon full payment. You may not copy, modify, republish, or redistribute materials from this Site without our prior written permission.

6. Service Descriptions

We try our best to describe our services and display previews accurately. Actual results, timelines, and visuals may vary with the scope agreed for your project.

7. Modification of the Site and These Terms

We may change, update, or discontinue the Site, the services, prices, and these Terms from time to time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site after such changes, you agree to be bound by them.

8. Electronic Communications

When you contact us or place an order, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, by email, WhatsApp, or messages on the Site, about your enquiry, your project, and related updates.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you submit, such as your name and contact details, is used only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PT Code Geek Solution harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Indonesia.
